My name is Ramona I am 43 years old and I'm feeling better and stronger than I did at my 30s. My goal is to help others who are looking for a change and are ready to make a commitment to themselves for a better healthier life.
My journey started three years ago a year of multiple visits to different doctors who even though I was presenting multiple symptoms they weren't able to find a solution to my problem. At the end of 2018 my body was so exhausted that I checked in to a hospital and I was determined to stay there until they were able to identify the issue. Which they did and that's when I started my road to recovery. Through the process I learned that I had to take control of my health. That I needed to do what was in my hands in making sure that my body was strong and capable of fighting back. As soon as I was strong enough I started a workout routine and through it I met a wonderful lady who introduced me to the Herbalife products which I started consuming and today between my nutrition plan and workout routines I feel at my best which is why I decided to join the team and help others see what their body is capable of doing when you treat it well.
